Montana Grip'n Seal utilizes a safe chemical process, which is absorbed directly into the floor surface. This method creates a microscopic tread design on the mineral surface that keeps the original look and feel of your flooring. There is no coating applied that can wear off or etching that could break down the surface.
Posigrip is sprayed on, left in place for a short time, then neutralized. It can be used indoors or outdoors and will not crack, chip, peel, discolor or change the look of your floor, tile, tub or shower. You can walk on your floors as soon as we’re done.
Because each surface has it's own characteristics, Montana Grip'N Seal will conduct a "no-obligation" on-site test to determine the best treatment required.
